Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy is an ancient form of detoxifying the body. This gentle, yet effective modality aims to hydrate the colon with purified water helping it to purge stored toxins and pathogens. By opening up colon drainage we optimize pressure systems in the body, allowing your other organs to detoxify better, lending to better gut-brain and metabolic function.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy aims to mobilize the ‘skin under the skin’. Your fascia is interconnected and weaves through bones, organs, nervous tissue and skin. It’s deeply connected to your nervous system and will create adhesions when under chronic stress, inhibiting fluids from properly draining. This treatment will help optimize detoxification, reduce pain and stiffness, and leave you feeling really good in your body.

Genetic Testing

Genetic testing offers relevant data that can be very helpful in navigating illness and detoxification. Ideal for those who aren’t sure what has led them to feel so unwell and want pertinent strategies. By using genetics, blood work and symptomatology we can streamline your protocols for optimal outcomes. Panels range, however, you will receive coaching in the areas of safe detoxification, stress management, nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and supplementation.

These are the policies set out at Be Well With Hope to ensure our relationship is built on trust, mutual integrity and safety.

  • A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

    Please note that multiple last-minute cancellations may result in discharge.

    Late / No Show:

    If you are late, I cannot extend the time or reduce the cost of the treatment. Arriving 5 minutes early to get settled is recommended.

    Not showing up for the treatment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Thank you.

  • Your health history information is secure and confidential and follows HIPPA guidelines. As a registered healthcare provider I am ethically and legally required to obtain a thorough health history form before treatment.
